Our Policies

Safety is our primary concern. With that in mind, Jump To It reserves the right to cancel any reservation, Jump To It, deems dangerous or jeopardizes safety in any way.

Deposit Policy:
All rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve equipment. Payment must be made within 72 hours of placing the reservation in order for event to be confirmed in our reservation system. Acceptable forms of payments are cash, check, money order, and major credit cards. Events paid for by credit card must be paid in full at the time reservation is placed. Once Jump To It personnel arrive at your party/event location, any outstanding balance will be paid to the Jump To It representative prior to the set up of equipment.

Cancellation Policy:
If the Renter decides to cancel the event due to inclement weather, the Renter, if within Huntsville/Madison city limits, will notify Jump To It at a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. For all other areas a minimum of 1hour is required. Jump To It will mail the Renter a credit voucher in the amount of the deposit, redeemable up to 1 year from the date of the canceled event.

Delivery Policy:
There is a $15.00 delivery charge for all Jump To It orders within a 20-mile radius of our stocking location. Mileage in excess of the 20-mile radius will incur an additional $3.00 per mile delivery charge. All mileage calculations are base upon information obtained from www.mapquest.com.

Weather Policy:
Equipment will not be set up in the following conditions; rain, snow, wind in excess of 20mph, muddy conditions, or temperatures below 50° F. It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location for your event (such as a church, school gym or community center). If you choose to have us come and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, mud) you will forfeit your deposit.

Tax Policy:
We charge 8% rental tax for all orders.
