Our Policies

Safety is our primary concern. With that in mind, Jump To It reserves the right to cancel any reservation, Jump To It, deems dangerous or jeopardizes safety in any way.

Deposit Policy:
All rentals require a 50% refundable deposit to reserve equipment. Deposits must be made within 72 hours of placing the reservation in order for event to be confirmed in our reservation system. Acceptable forms of payments are cash, check, money order, and all major credit cards. A deposit is required before we can add you to our delivery schedule and load your equipment on the truck. In order for us to be on time for our next delivery, we ask that payment be made in full prior to the event date. For whatever reason your not able to do so, and seek approval to pay balance on date of delivery,once Jump To It personnel arrive at your event location, the outstanding balance has to be paid prior to the set up of equipment.

Cancellation Policy:
If the Renter decides to cancel the event due to inclement weather, the Renter will notify Jump To It at a minimum of 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Jump To It will mail the Renter a credit voucher in the amount of the deposit, redeemable up to 1 year from the date of the canceled event or refund the deposit.

Cleaning and repair policy:
A cleaning charge up to $250 will be charged to the renter if equipment is intentionally damaged, wet or dirty.

Delivery Policy:
There is a $15.00 delivery charge for all Jump To It orders within a 20-mile radius of our stocking location. Mileage in excess of the 20-mile radius will incur an additional $3.00 per mile delivery charge. All mileage calculations are base upon information obtained from www.mapquest.com.

Weather Policy:
Equipment will not be set up in the following conditions; rain, snow, wind in excess of 20mph, muddy conditions, or temperatures below 50° F. It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location for your event (such as a church, school gym or community center). If you choose to have us come and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, mud) you will forfeit your deposit.

Tax Policy:
We charge 8% rental tax for all orders.
